My husband, Jim, and I had a wonderful experience selling our house at 3214 Rawlins Avenue in the Bronx. Finally, on December 4th, with the endeavors of Charlie Cinquemani and Maria Belmonte, we closed and were able to buy our new home in Connecticut. What would we have done without them? They kept us calm during this stressful time, and communicated with us on an almost daily basis. They were always upbeat and answered all our questions no matter how silly they may have been. We would highly recommend them to anyone intending to sell their home.

August 17, 2008 To Whom It May Concern: When I set out to find my first new home I quickly found what an overwhelming, stressful and frustrating hunt this could be. I didn’t know what questions to ask, what details to look for or where to find what I wanted in a home. After attending well over 30 open houses I was referred to a local real estate agent, Charles Cinquemani. Charlie is a personable, knowledgeable, and experienced professional. He immediately put me at ease. He listened intently to what I was looking for in a first home. He promptly returned phone calls and emails and was flexible in scheduling appointments. Most importantly, Charlie went above and beyond to guide me through the process. He told me what questions to ask, he showed me what details to look for and brought me to where I could find what I wanted in a home. Charlie was an active participant in the entire process. I was referred to Charlie in April of 2008 and the entire process was complete in approximately 10 weeks. I have now been living in my co-op for approximately one month and I couldn’t be happier.
